I was supposed to complete this run on 10/31 or 11/1, however, life interfered. I wasn't able to complete my first week of training until 11/4.
I ran after dark in drizzling rain as the temperature dropped and the wind blew briskly. I went wearing just shorts. Although my core and thighs remained warm enough, my extremities (arms, hands, feet, and head) all got too cold.
I took a hot shower after the run and felt much better.
Summary:
Total distance ~2.2 miles completed in ~30.5 minutes. I'm uncertain of my heart rate since I didn't get it up high enough that I really noticed it. I need to find my heart rate monitor strap!
